Remembered Today:

Army Service Corps unit photograph

Hi folks.

Can anyone recognise the cap badge or make out any other distinguishing features of the men in this unit?

This is the best quality photo I have.

Thanks.

I believe that they are all Army Service Corps.  They look like they had been living in ‘field conditions’ for a while at the time of the photo.  It has the overall appearance of a workshop set up in a French or Belgian village.

I agree,

It appears the chap seated middle row second in from the left has the 'MT' shoulder title

Indeed. Good spot.

Back row, 4th from right is rocking a 50's Marlon Brando look.

The gent standing far left looks as though he's just serviced every MT vehicle he could find. I just hope he wasn't the unit cook. I agree on ASC.   Pete.
