MaureenE Posted 5 January , 2020 Share Posted 5 January , 2020 Looks to me like Russian. Not knowing what the heading of the columns say, could he have come from Russia? Perhaps even changed his name? Cheers Maureen

Admin kenf48 Posted 5 January , 2020 Admin Share Posted 5 January , 2020 The column heading states which sick convoy/hospital man was transferred to in the list on the LLT The Russian Hospital is listed at 8 South Audley Street London https://www.longlongtrail.co.uk/soldiers/a-soldiers-life-1914-1918/the-evacuation-chain-for-wounded-and-sick-soldiers/military-hospitals-in-the-british-isles-1914-1918/ The names in the column indicate more well known hospitals e.g. Royal Free etc as well as more obscure such as ‘Swedish’.
