Place names that have changed since the Great War

I stumbled on this website, which has a list of place names that were changed post WW1 . The website is unashamedly pro Northern Macedonia and some sections contain material critical of Greek governments and actions, so parts of it would probably not be acceptable under GWF rules relating to recent political issues, but this page within it is genuinely helpful, giving modern names for many locations referred to in military records and studies.
