Frank_East Posted 13 December , 2019 Share Posted 13 December , 2019 I wonder if this photograph of the AEF base at Savenay,near St Nazaire which had a large hospital. Savenay is upstream on the northern bank of the Loire about 15 kms from St Nazaire, off the now N 171 I passed through the area on holiday and noticed old buildings which appeared to be past military.Checked up later and found that it was a main AEF base hospital during the Great War.
