Died 05.12.16  Age 22

Commemorated: United Kingdom Book of Remembrance

 

 

BATES, Wilfred

Private  200796

4 Reserve Bn, Royal Welsh Fusiliers

Died 28.08.18  Age 26

Commemorated: United Kingdom Book of Remembrance

 

 

BENSON, Levi

Regimental Quartermaster Serjeant  265975

12 Bn, King’s Own (Royal Lancaster Regiment)

Died 13.02.18  Age 52

Commemorated: United Kingdom Book of Remembrance

- Pnr Barratt died post-discharge of tuberculosis (Volunteer: Heidi Sandford)

- Pte Robert Bates died post-discharge of tuberculosis (Volunteer: David Logan)

- Pte Wilfred Bates died post-discharge of bronchitis (Volunteer: Heidi Sandford)

- RQMS Benson died post-discharge due to gas injuries sustained during training exercise (Volunteer: Heidi Sandford)
