I am looking at Wilhelm Leopold Colmar, Baron von der Goltz, and i'm not sure if this is the same man as Freiherr von der Goltz, Adjutant General to Sultan of Turkey in 1914.

Any helpers out there amongst the Pals.

In 1914 he was Military Govenor of Belgium but did not like the job. He then was assigned to be the aide-de-camp to Sultan Mehmed V.
