Fattyowls Posted 10 October , 2019 Share Posted 10 October , 2019 Ray, thank you for posting that, it couldn't have come at a better time as I'm starting work on two men who served with the Teesside Pioneers. Sgt. Richard Wynn, from Kirkdale on Merseyside who played for Middlesborough and Tom McIntosh, secretary-manager of the team just before the war who went on to a similar position at Everton after the war. I'm going to send the link to Tom's grandson. Pete has done a terrific job, I'd be very interested if the dissertation becomes available to read. Pete.
StuMc40 Posted 12 October , 2019 Share Posted 12 October , 2019 Thank you so much for presenting this. Enjoyed it immensely. Pete Thomas MA made a good representation of the battalion's efforts, achievements and sad losses.
