The answer to your question "Is there a complete list somewhere?" is no.

Ancestry does contain a number of datasets that will be of interest. The challenge is that most service records were destroyed in a fire in 1973. If you are researching someone who was residing in New York State, they kept a Roll of Honor which summarises the service history for men of that state. It is pot luck as to whether you are researching a man and whether an equivalent record was recorded for that state.

If you are looking to conduct a "one name" study of the AEF, the transport musters will probably be your best bet. This record set is on Ancestry.
