in many of the combats in the air pilots used the engish format for instance paschendale is passendale in belgian. ypres is leper.My problem is finding Droogland or droglandt the nearest name in the belgian multi map or michelin is hooglede. the p[oint of it all is that no 32 squadron was based there in november 1917. any help appreciated

Droogland (Droglandt) is about 8km almost directly west of Poperinghe, which puts it over the border in France.

' Drogland airfield ' was one of the Poperinge area airfields in ww1. It was built in the beginning of 1917 in Proven (Belgium).

Proven is now part of Poperinge.

Nowadays, Poperinge has no more airfields.
