jonathon Posted 5 February , 2005 Share Posted 5 February , 2005 in many of the combats in the air pilots used the engish format for instance paschendale is passendale in belgian. ypres is leper.My problem is finding Droogland or droglandt the nearest name in the belgian multi map or michelin is hooglede. the p[oint of it all is that no 32 squadron was based there in november 1917. any help appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

zijde26 Posted 7 February , 2005 Share Posted 7 February , 2005 ' Drogland airfield ' was one of the Poperinge area airfields in ww1. It was built in the beginning of 1917 in Proven (Belgium).
