On that wonderful auction site E-bay there is a post card for sale that shows a German two seater with the rear occupant with his hands up as if surrendering. The photo is taken from I presume an Allied aircraft. The number to look up is; 1536593311811.

I've never had much luck with eBay numbers. I searched for "Surrender in the air postcard", but nothing came up to match Stripeyman's description, though there was

 

this

 

A direct link to the "surrender" card or the title that the vendor used would make it easier for us to view the card.

More info.....It is in WORLD WAR 1 PHOTOGRAPHS. 'Original WW1 Photo German 2 Seater surrendering in flight unique aerial shot.' That is how the seller describes it.

Or it may be like the image on page 12 of 'Germany's First Air Force 1914-18' by Peter Kilduff, where a German observer 'surrenders' to a colleague in another aircraft.
