Graves needed Muggeridge to tell Graves Nasser had been Graves's student?

Fine lecturer that!

Possibly Nasser was less memorable as a student than as a colonel.

As Graves reports in GTAT his university duties as a lecturer ran to two lectures per week, later reduced to one per week, and given the likely large size of such classes it is probably not that remarkable that he did need reminding.

Likewise agreed, I find it hard to imagine any lecturer would recall any student under such circumstances and as he was yet unremarkable in Egypt's history.
