Hi. I found this form by chance when searching my great grandads name. I only recently found some details about him as my grandad has already been dead 30 years. Anyhow. I did find a specific historic post about him. I’ve got some information on him but any other information would be appreciated. Cheers

Yes it is him. I actually found his memorial plaque and letter from Buckingham palace which had been in the loft for decades. Previously I only knew he was killed in the war but not the details.

What intrigued me is someone on here in 2004 was looking for information on him. I was curious if it was a relative

Try the other thread to avoid others duplicating answers.  His record (cited there) shows his service in detail.
