It's an academic book - £65 in hard copy.  Dr Meyer is at the University of Leeds, she's also the principal investigator on the Men, Women and Care project which should have some useful side effects for those researching the war more generally, cataloguing in more detail the pension records in PIN 26 at The National Archives. A brief intro to that
