German cavalry spur straps

Hi

can anyone provide me with details or images of the two part leather spur straps. Ideally I’m trying to get the dimensions of the larger front and thinner inner straps. If there’s any chance of how these are attached to each other that would be excellent.

if you google Knötel und Pietsch in connection with Zaumzeug or Husaren or such words, you might get lucky. He was an artist specializing in German army drawings and published lots of stuff with Pietsch. GreyC
