May be from Armstrong, Stevens & Son. Whittall Street, Birmingham, and Willenhall, Staffordshire. Could possibly be a case to hold specialist tools. They were 'drop forge' manufacturers of Spanners, fixings, and bolts. Quite a small firm even with wartime expansion. 227 Male and 55 female staff by 1918.
