Nichb Posted 30 August , 2019 Author Share Posted 30 August , 2019 Peter No other info im afraid All i can say its after 1954 and before 1998 Assuming he served 39 to 45 and at some point received an ISM for 25 years service and retired aged 65 it does narrow the window to around 1985 + - 5 years But thats guess work and a load of assumptions.
