Fromelles Posted 25 August , 2019 Share Posted 25 August , 2019 Roger Lee's British Battle Planning in 1916 and the Battle of Fromelles : A Case Study of an Evolving Skill - part of the Ashgate (now Routledge) Studies in First World War History - originally starting life as a PhD thesis it's well worth the read, however its hefty price tag put it out of reach of most. I found the original thesis online while searching for something completely different and thought it worth placing here. I've also placed this link into a thread in Books and Book Reviews but think it's more likely to be seen here. British Battle Planning in 1916 and the Battle of Fromelles the pdf is found under 'Downloads and Links' Hope you enjoy Dan
