Ive not seen many antique shops on my travels over the past 4 years, only two had signs but one looked closed for good the other presumably dinner time, no doubt someone else will be along to advise otherwise!!

I visited recently but I can't recall a specialist shop, selling WW1 antiques.  I believe there was one but it might be closed.  However I've spent many happy hours browsing through the many small bric a brac stores and found militaria and trench art and even some letters, which I wish now I had bought! I was in a hurry and lunch was calling me.

is there an item in particular you seek?  Or were you just looking for somewhere to go "prospecting"??

Bric a brac is perfect. Where exactly are they?

Not looking for anything specific.
