Question Two

Can a clever map person please overlay this position onto a modern map?

(Working on the supposition that W Mcvey is the casualty as listed.)

I haven't found a service record yet.

Question Three-can anybody else.

Thank you all in anticipation

George

this is mentioned on previous page of diary from you link

However a search for a nearby Copse brings several possibilities https://library.mcmaster.ca/php/searchwwimaps.php?f=search&s1=Copse&type=place&submit=Search

Great.  The copse is stlll there and makes sense with a move from F 30 starting at 1930 and relief complete by 2300 at A 26.  0.6 of a mile in a straight line.

No detailed service record except a medical record, epilepsy in Alexandria in Jun 1917
