davidbohl Posted 17 August , 2019 Posted 17 August , 2019 Found a gem from the Hull Mail in 1919 sourced on the BNA, it relates his POW experiences in the Baltic and has an inventory of all the servicemen associated with Hull and East Riding Rugby Club. It would be interesting know how well it equates to the book Yorkshire Rugby Football Union Commemoration 1914-18 ? Dave
charlie962 Posted 17 August , 2019 Posted 17 August , 2019 Interesting tale. Massive food shortages on the Geman side meant prisoners were low on the list, I presume. But if the officers were starving then the men must have been dying ? Charlie
