Guest Posted 9 August , 2019 Share Posted 9 August , 2019 I am trying to find out if my uncle obtained his Patisierre skills whilst in the army serving with Army Service Corps from 1910 onwards. He is listed in the Army 1911 census as a Baker. Were they just taught to bake bread, or cater for sophisticated army dinners etc? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
