Hi ,

Has anyone in the hive mind got any information about this Hospital?

I have seen the photos posted on "The Aerodrome" and on another thread re Major Ingleby but am interested if there are any more concrete details out there- numbers treated , when opened etc. Not finding much out there in the web.

I expect you found this http://www.heritage.norfolk.gov.uk/record-details?mnf3508 which may at least point you at some sources, but like you I can only find dribs and drabs. There's no mention in TNA which makes me think it was never on the now-defunct Hospital Records Database (subsumed into the main catalogue some time in the last few years).

Yes that was my first find which gave me the RFC hospital reference. Although I had worked it out from the photograph :-) . His medical record just says he was discharged from QAMH (which he doesn;t seem to have been in either!) to RFC Hospital- of which there were very very many :-(.

Hoping to get more from the Tatler tomorrow. (see other thread)
