Request help in identifying Cap badge.

Good Morning Folks. Can anyone help me to identify the cap badge in the postcard please. I only have a mobile phone to take the photographs so this is the  best I can get. I've attempted to look at the badges under a jeweller's eye glass the only assumptions I can make out is the cap badge is roundish & black. 

Possibly 7th Robin Hood Rifles, 4th Wiltshire Regiment or one of the London Battalions?

I agree one of the London Rifle regiments or indeed Robin Hoods, black with a Maltese cross and circle, but can't narrow it down, sorry.

Obvious question, but is there anything on the rear of the card?

I'm sure I've seen this photo described as Inns of Court OTC training on Berkhamsted Common. For the life of me I can't remember where I read it though.   Pete.

Thank you for the Feedback Gents. The back of the card is blank unfortunately. The photographer is Aldershot based. I've zoomed in on the best shoulder title in the group. There could be a resemblance to the Inns of Court.
