I am afraid I am useless on such things, but can anyone identify what the patch is on this infantrymans upper right arm please?

Apologies for the poor quality image, but it is all I have to go on.

I'm no expert and don't have my badges reference books with me. However I think that is a scout (skill at arms?) badge.

Edit: There is a picture of the scouts of one of the TF battalions of the Warwicks. in 1918 in Westlake's British Territorial Units 1914-18. All the men are wearing that badge on the upper right sleeve.

Agree with Rolt. It looks like the Fleur de Lys symbol.
