Can you help identify this medal

Can you help to identify the medal on the right hand side of the photo.

It belonged to my grandfather who served with B/155 RFA.

Joined in Spring 15, discharged Spring 19. Originates from S Yorkshire / West Riding area.

The letters on the medal are LONBV

Thank you. This does make sense.

My grandfathers son, my uncle, was in the R Signals at that time.

I have a photo/postcard of his platoon marching, and written on the card is  'Vierdaagsche.  1957.  Numegan.'
