Territorial Force Imperial Service Badge - Roll online?

Does anyone know if the Territorial Force Imperial Service Badge Roll is online and searchable?

Was there a formal roll  of men who were entitled to ?  I  thought it was just dealt with (and the badge issued) on a local/county association basis.

Yes, always a big “if”, Ian.  The main thing is that unfortunately there’s no central register known to exist.

Yes there was a recording by percentage I recall.  In part, this record was publicised at the time, specifically because the take-up had not been as good as hoped, which hindered the formation of coherent TF formations.  I vaguely recall that this was an effort to introduce some element of competition between Counties to stimulate more men to volunteer.  It was only partially successful.
