Help Needed to ID Grave

Hi I am looking for assistance in finding the full details of the gent on this grave. I was passing the cemetery and grabbed some images but can’t find anything about him. I have checked CWGC/ FAG sites but nothing. 

 

Info I can give are

-South Cave Church Cemetery, E Yorks

-Driver Fred P or F ???????

49th Battery, 13th ????

Australian Field Artillery 

Died of Wounds

August 19th 1917, Aged 26

The local council should have records of who was buried in that plot. 

Edit: sorry, it is a church cemetery, would it be in the parish records?

I believe this to be just a cemetery marker and not his actual grave, he was born in Hull, service record here

Thanks you so much for the above. Now I know why I could not find him on CWGC as there are only three buried in this cemetery and nothing to do with him.
