Gardenerbill Posted 22 June , 2019 Share Posted 22 June , 2019 Hi Minden Man, welcome to the forum. Unfortunately Labour companies are difficult to research as the majority didn't keep war diaries. I had a look in 'No Labour, No Battle - Military Labour During the First World War' John Starling and Ivor Lee, but the only information I could find is below: 36th created from 5th ILC (Infantry Labour Company) Durham Light Infantry 135th created form 27th ILC The Queens 146th created from 8th ILC Northants All above created in May 1917 When the Labour Corps was formed All it has for 294th Area Employment Company - France The 295th was formed in May 1917 so it is probably safe to assume that 294th was as well. That's it I'm afraid.
