The South Africa campaign medals are on Ancestry though if that is any help. If you still need to look for service records your best bet would be to look on Ancestry and or FMP for enlistment dates pre 1898 and then it’s a long slog through the names to see if the subject had South Africa war service. NB You'll have to look through the militia papers on FMP as many men saw active service in South Africa ie those signed up to Militia Reserve commitment etc. Good Luck Steve PS Or do you mean service papers for South African Army Personnel who served WW1?
