FROGSMILE Posted 2 May , 2019 Share Posted 2 May , 2019 (edited) Normally a ‘C’ stands for Cadet (boys) Battalion, just as T stands for Territorial. During WW1 a great many such cadet battalions were formed and it became a routine protocol for them to be affiliated with the nearest TF unit bearing the same cap badge.
