Missing soldiers later found to be alive

We have discovered several men on our list who seem to have no connection with the area. Many were miners or estate workers so would have moved to follow work. As the list was compiled in the early 1920s largely by people coming forward and giving names and other details obviously someone in the village knew him and also knew where his family came from.  
The search continues.
