r.m.willis Posted 28 April , 2019 Share Posted 28 April , 2019 I didn't think Buzancy was attacked by the 34th Division - am I going crazy? CWGC entry reads: "Buzancy was reached (though not held) by the 1st American Division on the 21st July, 1918, after an advance begun on the 18th. It was attacked by the 15th (Scottish) and 34th Divisions on the 23rd July, and taken on the 28th." I also thought that it was the French who finally took the village? Is this correct? https://www.cwgc.org/find-a-cemetery/cemetery/27602/Buzancy Military Cemetery
