Advanced Dressing Station - comments?

Recommended Posts

seaJane

This is a picture of a advanced dressing station put in the public domain by the Wellcome Institute (link to Wikimedia Commons here: http://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:World_War_I;_advanced_dressing_station_Wellcome_L0008837.jpg

The uniforms are puzzling me, especially on the right (this is when I realize how little I actually know!).

Any comments please?
