Guest Posted 1 April , 2019 Share Posted 1 April , 2019 Hello! The original photograph was taken in Jerusalem in 1917, and I'm trying - without much luck - to identify the colors of the uniform that François George-Picot is wearing, since it doesn't look French. Do you have any idea of what uniform this is and what are the original colors? The photo: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D3FrujmW4AEFjrW.png:large Thank you so much. FROGSMILE Posted 2 April , 2019 Share Posted 2 April , 2019 I second Steven’s assessment above. Typical Belgian SD modelled on the British pattern, but with distinctive Belgian, leather peaked hat.
