Help to identify uniform / regiment

TRFA 07 was the "game changing" legislation, indeed.  The various regiments and Corps of the volunteer force were administered by the Lord Lieutenants.  As a newly commissioned 2 Lt in 101 (Northumbrian) Fd Regt RA(V), I volunteered to sort out records and property belonging to the era of the Volunteer Force, particularly 1st Northumbrian Artillery Volunteers - the oldest volunteer artillery formation.  Something, as a heritage, we never let other TA Gunner units forget! 😉
