Who can identify this 32nd Lancers-related Major?

The attached scan of a signed portrait of a Major (or Lt-Col)  - thanks to David Rao - shows a senior 32nd Lancers Indian Army cavy officer.

But who was he?

Lt Col Frederick de Bude Young?

Found him in 1914 Army List as 32nd Lancers after thinking surname was Young.

CMG according to Medal Index Card.

31/3/1865-1/11/1920. Buried Ripley, Guildford.

if I have it correct then a biography that suggests made OC 32 Lancers 1914

Mark,

  This would be Frederick de Bude Young. There's a tree on Ancestry which shows he died in 1920.
