I am trying to find any information on George Daly, I have an army number of 7186, RMF.think 2nd Batt.

I have an address of 13 Francis street, Tralee, Kerry Ireland. I know he applied for a war pension, ( think thru being wounded, but this is a guess around 1925-27)

Any help would be welcome

He was discharged from the army on 19 Jan 1919 - a pension claim was lodged around that time or slightly later in 1919. His claim was transferred to region 5, Wales. I can't see a ledger for him for Wales so that part may be missing.

Thank you for that, I have a letter dated 1927 from pensions dept, saying that he missed an appeal date, but no other info, he was my grandfathers brother.

Can you post a copy of the letter - always interesting to see,
