Museum dedicated to Coldstream and the Guards thereof, in the Scottish Borders (not to be confused with the Guards Museum in London).

 

If you go there you'll be about 20 miles from Bemersyde (Haig's home) and Dryburgh Abbey (where he is buried).

I second that.  A quite incredible event, a sort of perfect storm - if you like?  Fascinating anecdotes and some myths/legends about it abound...
