Minefield Mc Posted 3 March , 2019 Share Posted 3 March , 2019 (edited) I visited the Messiness Ridge British Cemetery yesterday with friends and was puzzled by what appeared to be either a well or some kind of shaft near to the entrance to the Cemetery. Whilst easy to “assume”it may be something to do with the Great War I would really like to know what it is! Well? Water tank? Balancing tank or actually some kind of capping to something to do with the war. My own thoughts are it is not, but, if any member can enlighten me I would be appreciative Edited 3 March , 2019 by Minefield Mc
