Thom Posted 27 February , 2019 Share Posted 27 February , 2019 Hi I wonder if you could help please , I am trying to locate the birth of Philim o'Neill who was 19 when he served as a driver in Wellington Barracks Dublin he at the time lived with his mother Kathleen o'Neill in York street Dublin in 1922 . His father was called John I have looked in the GRO and could not find his birth record amd checked online. Any help would be appreciated . I enclose the record from that time.
