Hi

I wonder if you could help please , I am trying to locate the birth of Philim o'Neill who was 19 when he served as a driver in Wellington Barracks Dublin he at the time

lived with his mother Kathleen o'Neill in York street Dublin in 1922 . His father was called John I have looked in the GRO and could not find his birth record amd checked online.

Any help would be appreciated . I enclose the record from that time.

Regards

Thomas, if you are not already aware - that census was of the Irish Free state army;  at the time of the civil war. Wellington barracks is currently Griffith College Dublin.
