Rockturner Posted 22 February , 2019 Share Posted 22 February , 2019 Can anyone help with the name of HMS Triumph's Navigator, April 1915. Two possibles taken from the 1915 Navy List are Lt-Cmdr Theodore Douglas Sharp, or Lt-Cmdr Philip William Carwithen Sharpe, unless there are any other likely suspects. horatio2 Posted 22 February , 2019 Share Posted 22 February , 2019 (edited) Theodore Sharp was appointed (N) to HMS TRIUMPH in November 1913. Philip Sharpe appointed (N) to HMS ST GEORGE in March 1913. I have not found that the latter relieved the former in TRIUMPH. Sharp's record shows that he was still TRIUMPH's (N) when she was sunk. http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D7603685 Edited 22 February , 2019 by horatio2
