HMS Triumph's Navigator

Can anyone help with the name of HMS Triumph's Navigator, April 1915.

Two possibles taken from the 1915 Navy List are Lt-Cmdr Theodore Douglas Sharp, or Lt-Cmdr Philip William Carwithen Sharpe, unless there are any other likely suspects.

Cheers

Theodore Sharp was appointed (N) to HMS TRIUMPH in November 1913. Philip Sharpe  appointed (N) to HMS ST GEORGE in March 1913. I have not found that the latter relieved the former in TRIUMPH.

Sharp's record shows that he was still TRIUMPH's (N) when she was sunk.  http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D7603685
