It is similar in profile to the standard French 75mm (right in the photo for comparison) but is slightly taller. Diameter is 75-76mm (neck is out of round so can't be precise) and it stands approx. 38cm tall. TLH appears to be a French manufacturer but I could not find the case. I meant that it could have been produced in France for use by another country so it would still have French markings. But perhaps I am muddying the water. I will take a look at the link you provided.
