Could it be this?

A boy scout with the Sea Devil / by David Martin, jr. ... with an introduction by Count Felix von Luckner; with 33 illustrations from photographs by the author.

New York ; London : G. P. Putnam's Sons 1930.

I tracked it down using Luckner as a subject field search term in copac.jisc.ac.uk - the holdings records have it in the usual copyright deposit libraries and therefore best ordered from your local public library by inter-library loan.
