2/16 London, Queen's Westminster Rifles Group photos ?

I am searching for a photo of an officer named Frederick Arthur Read, who was commissioned in Cairo in June 1918 at the Imperial School of Instruction of Egypt (Zeitoun).  They sometimes took photos of the classes, so wondered if anyone out there might have one.  He was in the 2/16 London, so may have been in a group photo before they demobilized around April of 1919.  He originally listed as a Private in the Westiminsters in Dec 1914.
