One of the beauties of collecting is that you never know what you are going to find picked up the other day "A record of the 13th service battalion {4th Hull Pals }i cannot find any reference to it anywhere, printed in 1919/1920? and compiled by Townley Truman it is a small softcover book of some 62 pages with many tipped in pictures of individuals mentioned 

and by a very fortunate/strange  coincidence on E*** a week ago approx 100 pages  of original research into this battalion
