HI I have been investigating (with help from forum members) the Military Cross won by A/Capt W M Penny RAMC.  He was gazetted as being part of 64th (E Lancs) Fd Amb on 30 May 19.  I would appreciate some help as i am hitting a brick wall.

1. Where would I need to look for a copy of his citation?

2. He is listed as having MD after his name, what does this mean?

Anything else that forum members could add would be appreciated.

MD stands for Doctor of Medicine.   The MC award

appeared in the New Years Honours list for 1919 - there were no citations for these awards. In effect   they were for good service over a particular period.
