Dirty Harry Posted 28 December , 2018 Posted 28 December , 2018 (edited) hello, looking some help deciphering this entry in the 1914-1915 star rolls: R.E. for P.B.A. 06-03-1919 Now i understand the PBA part is transferring to the regular army, so does the RE part mean Royal Engineers? Any thoughts? follow up question, there are some entry's that have either been scored out in blue or red. hat does this mean? ps have i put this in the right forum??? Cheers, Paul Edited 28 December , 2018 by Dirty Harry
Ron Clifton Posted 29 December , 2018 Posted 29 December , 2018 In this context I think RE probably stands for re-enlistment. PBA is "Post Bellum Army." Ron
