8th Glosters , D company

I have the company log book for D company that lists the names , rank etc of the enlisted soldiers that my grandfather Serjeant Major Frederick Joseph Newman was responsible for. The names of the men are listed below. I have details of next of kin, addresses, duties  etc if anyone is interested.

The 8th Glosters formed part of the 57th Infantry brigade that embarked to France between the 16th -18th July 1915.

A sample check of two men ( 2208 Sgt MINCHIN  and 11258 Pte MINCHAM ) showed neither had a Medal Index Card or an entry in Soldiers Died in the Great War, so it could have been that a record was begun on Home Service and then deleted for those who did not embark for war service mid July 1915.

Would love the information on 13722 Frederick Blackwell   ---Lechlade  as i have his death plaque.
