Sgt Stripes Posted 23 November , 2018 Share Posted 23 November , 2018 (edited) Hi. I am seeking any information on Fireman Henry Williams aged 22 when he was lost when the SS BIRUTA was sunk on 6.8.1918. He was born in the Turks Islands, British West Indies also any information on the BIRUTA during the war and her loss would be of great help. Would also like to know what the name BIRUTA means as the only information I can find is that it is a name of a windsock . Many Thanks Edited 23 November , 2018 by Sgt Stripes
