I was given the medals awarded to Pte. Cousins some years ago. I thought I would pay my respects today , in a similar way which many others have done over the last few years by visiting the grave 100 years to the date of death, but in this instance I didn’t have to travel far, about a mile in fact. Private Cousins died of complications at home, over two years after contracting dysentery in East Africa...aged 26...RIP
